Congratulations to Val Verde USD Chief of Police Mark Clark for being one of this year’s Campus Safety Director of the Year finalists.

Here are some of his notable achievements:

Implemented professional work attire for employees
Provided staff with wide variety of safety equipment, including duty belts, flashlights, handcuffs and mini trauma kits
Improved access control and visitor management by working towards making campuses keyless and updating school front lobbies
