Front Desk Visitor Management Team

This team plays a critical role in access control by screening all visitors using the Visitor Management System. In addition, they man the Front Desk Emergency Hotline and triage all calls to determine next steps which could include calling for officer on duty response, activating an electronic lockdown, making emergency pa announcements as well as activating the internal two-way mobile communication system, PunchAlert. They are one of many layers of security on campus.
