The 2018 Campus Safety Salary and Benefits Survey

In the past three years, university, school and hospital nonsworn officers have, as a whole, experienced a decline in the benefits and incentives they receive, particularly in education benefits for themselves (an 8% decrease) and their families (6%), as well as uniform allowances (7%). Only 2% received more bonuses than the last time CS conducted its salary survey in 2015.
