A fourth victim has come forward in a sexual assault case against a former nursing assistant at St. Vincent’s Medical Center.

In a lawsuit filed Dec. 19, Juan Villanueva, 51, claims he was molested by Gonzalo Flores, 53, while he was incapacitated in a hospital bed suffering from liver disease. Flores has been charged with sexually assaulting two other male patients and is expected to be charged with assault of a third, the Connecticut Post reports.

Villanueva claims he called 911 from his hospital room after the May 2013 incident, but the call went to hospital security. The police were never contacted.

St. Vincent officials, however, say that Villanueva did not tell them about an assault. They also say that they would never ignore patient complaints. The hospital is working with local authorities investigating the matter.
