The K9s of Campus Safety

Cali, a 14-month-old Labrador retriever, is the newest and youngest member of UC Davis PD’s CORE, or Community Outreach and Engagement, Officer Program’s K-9 unit. She specializes in assisting with mental health and crises and is the police department’s first specialized therapy dog for students, staff and faculty.
