El Centro College Officials Reflect on the Dallas Police Shooting

Dallas Police Department Senior Cpl. Lorne Ahrens, age 48, had been with the department since 2002. He had previously served with the Los Angeles County, California, Sheriff’s Office for 11 years.

He is survived by his wife and two children. His wife also serves with the Dallas Police Department. A Go Fund Me page has been created for his family.
