Where: Avon Park Middle School, Avon Park, Florida
What: A teacher at Avon Park Middle School noticed two female students acting “hysterical” while looking for a folder.
The teacher found the folder, which had “Private info,” “Do not open” and “Project 11/9” written on it. Inside the folder was eight hand-written letters detailing plans to kidnap and kill nine people.
The teacher told police she heard one of the teenagers say, “I’m just going to tell them it’s a prank if they call me or if they find it.”
