K9s on Campus
Officer Tracy Stuart and “Hemi”, an explosive detection K-9. Tracy and Hemi are part of the South Jersey K-9 Explosive Detection Team and have worked throughout NJ, where they have worked under the auspices of the New Jersey State Police. Tracy and Hemi are also heavily involved in the community policing programs, especially Stockton Neighborhood Watch.
